Stout Irish Soup

A tasteful and smooth Erse soup made with Guinness, perfect for effort intimate on a cool day.


Ingredients
  • 3 medium sweet onions sliced
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1 c. Guinness beer
  • 4 c. beef broth or use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option
  • 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices of frozen Texas Toast Garlic Bread
  • 1 c. shredded Irish cheddar cheese
Manual
  1. Weaken butter in a mammoth saucepan over low temperature. Add onions to the saucepan and clothe. Prepare for active 30 transactions, stirring occasionally.
  2. Set warmth on medium-high. Add beer and fix, bald, for 5-10 proceedings, or until beer is low by most half.
