A tasteful and smooth Erse soup made with Guinness, perfect for effort intimate on a cool day.
Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet onions sliced
- 3 T. butter
- 1 c. Guinness beer
- 4 c. beef broth or use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices of frozen Texas Toast Garlic Bread
- 1 c. shredded Irish cheddar cheese
Manual
- Weaken butter in a mammoth saucepan over low temperature. Add onions to the saucepan and clothe. Prepare for active 30 transactions, stirring occasionally.
