Here’s a brand new fight the classic summer caprese dish served as a meal on grilled chicken. This fast and straightforward grilled chicken dinner has all of the flavours of a caprese dish wherever the chicken is flat-topped with recent cheese, ripe tomatoes and many of basil.
The chicken is marinated in an exceedingly oleoresin French dressing that adds a large amount of flavour before being grilled that adds a tremendous smokiness. The cheese is placed on the chicken once it’s almost about deep-fried, however before it’s off from the warmth, therefore the cheese starts to soften obtaining all nice and ooey icky and good. The caprese oleoresin grilled chicken is finally flat-topped with a drizzle of oleoresin reduction creating for one tasty meal that simply screams summer.
INGREDIENTS :
- 4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup basil, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic reduction
- 8 ounce fresh mozzarella ball, sliced
- 1 ripe field tomato, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Marinate the chicken in the balsamic vinaigrette overnight.
- Grill the chicken in medium-high heat until cooked and slightly charred, about 2-4 minutes per side before topping with the mozzarella and tomato and letting it heat until it just starts to melt.
- Serve topped with the basil and balsamic reduction.
