Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cole Slaw Mix
  • 4 Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 package Ramen Noodle Packet chicken flavored
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1/8 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 5 tsp Splenda or comparable sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut up the green onions.
  2. In a large bowl combine the coleslaw mix and the green onions.
  3. In a small bowl mix up the dressing by combining the canola oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and Splenda. Stir these together well and refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. About a 1/2 hour before serving, add the almonds and sunflower seeds to the bowl of coleslaw mix. Take the package of Ramen noodles and crumble them up. Do not include the seasoning packet. Add the crumbled noodles to the salad. Stir it all together.
  5. Add the seasoning packet to the dressing mixture and stir well. Pour dressing over the salad and stir to combine.
  6. Refrigerate 1/2 to one hour before serving.
  7. Refrigerate any leftovers
