Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS :
  • 12 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1 c. full fat coconut milk

  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS :
  1. In a blender, mix together Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey and strawberries. Blend until well combined. Add chia seeds and mix well once more.  
  2. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
  3. Divide the pudding into 10 (1/2 c.) grab-n-go portions. Keep refrigerated.
