Don’t get me wrong, i love to chill and celebrate with a tumbler of wine or a cocktail once per week however i've some regulations for myself: 1) I won’t be driving, 2) I don’t have CrossFit tomorrow and 3) I experience usually ‘well’ and not on the verge of coming down with a cold or experiencing a flare of my autoimmune disorder. So with some of these ingesting occasions at the calendar I often discover myself wanting a non-alcoholic model to sip and enjoy as a I make merry.

And so become born the sparkling Cranberry Kombucha Mocktail. My socially-appropriate, low-sugar, probiotic-rich and critically festive alternative to boozy beverages this excursion season.


Sparkling Cranberry Kombucha Mocktail



Ingredients

  • 1 inch slice of fresh ginger, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
  • 1 large sprig fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup 100% cranberry juice
  • 2 12-ounce bottles LIVE Kombucha (Original or Ginger) *May substitute kombucha of choice
  • Fresh cranberries, rosemary sprigs and thinly sliced ginger for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill 4 double old-fashioned glasses with ice and set aside.
  2. In a pitcher or quart-sized mason jar, muddle sliced ginger and rosemary together using the end of a wooden spoon or a muddler if you have one.
  3. Add cranberry juice and kombucha, stir gently to combine.
  4. Pour into ice-filled glasses (using a strainer, if necessary) and garnish with sprigs of rosemary, a slice of fresh ginger and a few cranberries before serving.
