This fruity, clean, and exquisite light non-alcoholic drink is ideal for the ones heat upcoming summer season evenings, pregnant momma’s to be, or every time you want a groovy deal with. And you may actually upload a ‘lil vodka in there if you feel so willing. I’m not judging – I want I may want to too!

Lemon Pineapple Kiwi Sparkling Mocktail


I used los angeles Croix sparkling lemon water as a base for this beverage, but you may genuinely do any variety, or just simple glowing water with a touch lemon or lime juice brought. This mocktail isn’t overly sweet (to store some cals) but you may upload extra uncooked honey if you decide upon more candy than tart. genuinely add the sliced kiwi, pineapple juice, and honey to a blender or food processor and puree till creamy. Then upload to the sparkling water!

Lemon Pineapple Kiwi Sparkling Mocktail


Ingredients
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 teaspoons pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon (or more if you like it sweet) raw honey
  • 1 can La Croix sparkling lemon water
  • *optional: ice cubes with fresh mint leaves


Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the kiwi and place into a small food processor or blender
  2. Add the pineapple juice and raw honey (honey should be warmed a few seconds in the microwave so it is in a liquid state)
  3. Pulse or blend to make a thin, well-blended puree
  4. Pour 3/4 cup sparkling water into each glass. Divide the puree and pour in each glass
  5. Serve with mint ice cubes if desired
