Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Cut 3/4 pound sweet potatoes into thin slices. (we did 1/4 inch, but i think even thinner would be better)
  3. Combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash of seasoning salt in a bowl.
  4. Add sweet potatoes; toss gently to coat.
  5. Cover a lightly oiled nonstick baking sheet with a single layer of potatoes
  6. roast, turning once, until golden and tender (about 10 minutes on each side)
  7. after roasting, broil on each side (high for just a couple minutes), watch them closely to make sure they do not burn
  8. serve with ranch or ketchup for dipping. enjoy!
