Mexican Doormat Tinga

Poultry Tinga prefab with cut weakling, tomatoes, and chipotle chilis in adobo. Satisfying and boldly flavoured, this Mexican dish is perfect for tacos, burritos, tostadas, or as a water cater with rice and beans.
