Pan seared steaks crowned with balsamic caramelized onions and melting roasted garlic and porcini mushroom goat cheese butter!
Ingredients
For the balsamic onions:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
For the pan seared steaks:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 (6 ounce) steaks (strip loin, rib eye, prime rib, etc)
- Montreal steak seasoning (or salt and pepper) to taste
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic and porcini mushroom goat cheese butter
Instructions
For the balsamic onions:
