A cheesy, clean lunch or dinner that could regularly be made from leftovers you have already got!
Ingredients
- 8, 6 inch flour tortillas
- 1 cup Colby-Jack cheese
- 4 oz rotisserie chicken, shredded with skin removed
- 1/4 cup salsa, prepared
- Pinch of cumin or other spices (optional)
- Pan spray
Directions
- combine fowl, Colby-Jack cheese and salsa in a bowl.
- area a pan on the range over low to medium warmth. Spray with pan spray.
- Lay tortillas on coaching floor. vicinity 3 tbsp aggregate on one half of of every tortilla.
- Fold tortilla over into half of moon shape and lightly press to flatten. vicinity quesadilla in pan and prepare dinner until gently golden brown. turn and permit different aspect to end up lightly golden brown.
