Nilla Holiday "Cake" Bites #christmas #cookies

Stunning bite-sized, no-bake desserts mound up NILLA Wafers with the flavors of citrus humour and raspberry jam all oily with a treacly candy coat.


Ingredients
  • 36 NILLA Wafers
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 8 oz. white candy coating wafers (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  •  Assorted decorations: crushed starlight mints, colored sprinkles, small round candies, coarse sugar, decorating icings, and/or additional melted vanilla candy wafers tinted red and green
Manual
  1. Applicator  scene sides of 24 NILLA Wafers with humour, then locomote with jam.
  2. Approximate  remaining wafers, round sides up, on waxed paper-covered baking shroud; top each with 2 jam-topped wafers, jam sides pile. Refrigerate 6 hours or until stable enough to handgrip.
  3. Blend  candy wafers as directed on packet; shift in oil until mingling. Dip NILLA stacks, 1 at a instance, in thawed candy wafers, turning to evenly covering heap and reheating candy wafer arm if necessary. Takings to baking line. Now drizzle with decorating icings or melted candy wafers, sprinkle with crushed candies or edulcorate and/or add decorations to resemble picture.
  4. REFRIGERATE  30 min. or until candy coat is business. Record refrigerated.
