Bison Meatloaf Muffins are enthusiastic for a weeknight party or make-ahead lunches. The servings are separately portioned in a muffin tin, making this dish recipe even easier to aid.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 large yellow onion
- 1 T flat leaf Italian parsley
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1/4 C beef broth
- 1 lb grass-fed ground bison
- 1/2 C bread crumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Manual
- Preheat over to 300. Grounder flavorer, onion, and parsley.
- In a business pan, alter the olive oil and sauté the sliced vegetables over psychic utility until odorous (~8 mins).
