Bison Meatloaf Muffins #christmas #lunch

Bison Meatloaf Muffins are enthusiastic for a weeknight party or make-ahead lunches.  The servings are separately portioned in a muffin tin, making this dish recipe even easier to aid.


INGREDIENTS
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 large yellow onion
  • 1 T flat leaf Italian parsley
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 C beef broth
  • 1 lb grass-fed ground bison
  • 1/2 C bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Manual
  1. Preheat over to 300. Grounder flavorer, onion, and parsley.
  2. In a business pan, alter the olive oil and sauté the sliced vegetables over psychic utility until odorous (~8 mins).
  3. Participant and cube the tomatoes. Add them to the pan and make for an additional 3-4 mins, rousing occasionally.
