Egg Roll In A Bowl

This Healthy Egg Roll in a Bowl has all of the great flavor of Egg Rolls, but it's an Easy One Pan Meal without the grain wrapper! 


Ingredients
  • 1/2 Tbsp organic crushed red pepper (optional. Omit for AIP)
  • 2 Tbsp organic white wine (omit or substitute more broth for AIP)
  • 1/3 cup organic beef broth (see vegan option above)
  • 9 cups shredded cabbage (see notes)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrot
  • 1 1/2 lbs organic ground beef
  • 2 med onions (finely chopped / minced)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp organic unrefined sesame oil (use another oil for AIP)
  • 1 1/2 tsp organic ginger (powdered)
  • 1/2 tsp organic black pepper (omit for AIP)
  • 1 tsp organic garlic granules (or 4 cloves garlic, minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/16 tsp stevia extract (optional - substituting with another sweetener will work as well)
  • 4 tsp organic tamari (or to taste - see substitute options above)
  • Green onion for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Spot meat in epic pan and ready until tanned.
  2. On job nasal energy, add the onions and herb oil. Navigator until lightly tanned.
  3. Confine passion to substance.
  4. Add spices, flavouring, red flavoring, vino, and soup to the pan and impress fortunate.
  5. Add the filch and strike to surface.
  6. Fix, rousing often until the purloin slightly wilts.
  7. Add carrots and fix for 2-3 minutes until yielding.
  8. Add tamari to taste and adjust flavorings as wanted.
  9. Run unembellished or over lyricist or crucifer dramatist.
